This page contains examples of my work from over the past 15 years, painting in Nashville, TN. I’m a self-taught abstract artist, and I work mainly with acrylics, mediums, and a few unusual tools — palette knives and cloths instead of brushes — to build up texture, movement, and layers on the canvas. I rarely know what a piece will become before I start. I let the process and my imagination guide it from the first layer to the last.

Many of the pieces here started as commissions, created with a client in mind — their space, their colors, their canvas size. I believe everyone should own a piece of original art, and that it shouldn’t be out of reach. I hope this collection brings you as much happiness as it’s brought me in painting it.
